Produced Calm

A customized mindfulness program that also includes coaching support, starting with an introduction to mindfulness, tools for building mindfulness into the home, emotional awareness, communication, and organizational life strategies, and practical mindful routines for everyday life. This is a 6-week group program offered virtually.
