Stress isn’t something Kara Kurcz studied from the sidelines. She lived it. From high-pressure television production to navigating her husband’s cancer journey, Kara created practical mindfulness tools designed for real life, not a perfect life. Today, she helps others navigate a demanding world and become a Stresspert™ through mindful, sustainable shifts that reduce overwhelm and create calmer ways to move through everyday chaos. We offer mindfulness and Leadership workshops for corporations, schools, and families, as well as personal one-on-one coaching and classes designed to fit seamlessly into the life you're already living.
