Stresspert™ Lunchtime Workshops


45- to 60-minute mindful workshops designed as an introduction to mindfulness. Teams will walk away with tools to navigate workplace stress, communication challenges, emotional overwhelm, and high-pressure environments with greater awareness and intention.

These workshops are designed to create practical mindful moments within the workday while helping teams strengthen communication, improve workplace dynamics, and respond more thoughtfully during stressful situations.
